Dr.Sandeep Bachu completed his basic medical education from NTR Health university, AP. While doing his MBBS he received Gold Medal in Ophthalmology. He then Specialized in Ophthalmology from Aravind Eye Hospital, Tirunelveli, and Obtained DNB degree in 2010. He did a Surgical Vitreo-Retina Fellowship from Aravind Eye Hospital , Coimbatore ( 2010- 2012), Later he joined as an consultant at Aravind Eye Hospital , Coimbatore . He received an International Council of Ophthalmology fellowship in Ocular Immunology & Uveitis from Wilmer Eye Institute , Johns Hopkins University ,Baltimore USA in 2014 . He did an Observership in Ocular Oncology under Dr. Shields at Wills Eye Hospital, Thomas Jefferson University, Philadelphia, USA. He is well trained in Micro incision vitrectomy surgery (MIVS) 25 & 23 Gauge . His areas of interest are Retinal Surgery, Diabetic Retinopathy, Endophthalmitis and Macular Degenerations . He has presented several papers and posters in conferences, published articles in peer-reviewed journals. He has a keen interest in academics, research, and an aspiration to practice evidence based medicine.

Dr. R. Aravinda is an Ophthalmologist/ Eye Surgeon in Himayat Nagar, Hyderabad and has an experience of 8 years in this field.Dr. R. Aravinda practices at Prime Retina Eye Care Centre in Himayat Nagar, Hyderabad. Further, she worked as staff ophthalmologist at Flying Eye Hospital, Orbis International, USA for 2 years: following which she did another year of Clinical Oculoplastics Fellowship at University of Auckland, New Zealand. At the moment, she is an Exclusive Oculoplastics Consultant in the states of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, India. Sharing knowledge is her passion; and she conducts hands-on DCR training workshops. She has designed her own website www.ophthalplastics.com where she compiles Oculoplastics, Orbit, Ocular Oncology and Facial Aesthetics articles from 30 plus Ophthalmology journals every month. As a part of creating off-beat work, she has recently started conducting workshops for doctors which includes Image Management (Soft Skill development) and Multi-disciplinary Career Guidance workshops. Besides academics, she enjoys cycling, running and learning Salsa.
